• Be sure to include Detailed Information in escalated Help Tickets, please - The Blackboard Template on SCSM includes prompts to help you remember what info to include. Course Site ID, the names of the people, and the names of the assignments/problem issues are very useful!

• Some Common Questions that are popping up:

• Encourage instructors to enter a 'Zero' in the Bb Grade Center for missed assignments as they go throughout the semester :-) This prevents math mistakes and upset students at the end of the semester.
