Summary

This article will guide you through the steps to sharing folders with other Panopto users.

Instructions

  1. In your video library, navigate to the folder that you want to share.
  2. Click on the Share icon at the top right corner.
  3. Click on the drop down menu under Who has access and select the appropriate group of people that you want to share your folder with.
  4. To share with specific people, type their name under the Invite people box.
  5. Select their proper permission to the folder and write an optional message.
  6. When finished, click Send and Save Changes.

If you're sharing a subfolder within a folder, you can inherit the same permission as the folder. To do this, make sure Inherit permission from folder is selected.
