Download the Blackboard Gradecenter and Assignments

This article describes the two major tasks that should be performed in order to preserve Grades and Assignments from a Blackboard Gradecenter.
Instructions
Log into Blackboard via My.Boisestate.edu.
Select the Blackboard Course Site that you would like to preserve the Gradecenter in.
In the Course Management Menu, select GradeCenter.
Download the Gradecenter into Excel
From the Blackboard Gradecenter, select the Work Offline button on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select Download
Save the downloaded file in someplace where you can find it again. Done!
Download Student Assignments
In the Blackboard Gradecenter, select the dropdown chevron next to the Gradecenter Column you wish to download the assignment files for.
Select Assignment File Download.
Save the downloaded files in someplace where you can find them again. Done!
