Instructions

To create a Boise State Qualtrics account, login to Boise State’s Qualtrics using your Boise State username and password. Make sure you use Boise State Qualtrics URL, which is: https://boisestate.az1.qualtrics.com/

Self-login accounts are limited to:

  • 500 outgoing survey emails a week using Qualtrics Mailer

  • 5,000 total responses

  • 5 active surveys

  • 10 total surveys (active and inactive)

If these limits need to be exceeded, faculty, staff, and student workers can request an upgrade to an academic account.

Academic accounts are limited to:

  • 25,000 outgoing survey emails a week using Qualtrics Mailer
