Scheduling a Zoom Room

1. Log into your Boise State Google Calendar.

2. Create a new event.

3. Click More Options at the bottom of the event.

4. Enter your meeting settings.

5. Click Make it a Zoom Meeting. If prompted, keep editing.

6. Click Rooms

   1. Select a conference room for your meeting. The room will show up in on your guest list.

7. Click Save to schedule the meeting.

TBD … I think there must be some information we can share about conference rooms. For example Can all conference be booked for Zoom Room meetings? Do they all have the technology? Why do some rooms show as crossed out on the list? What are the “rules” for people to successfully book and host a zoom room meeting? You can book Zoom meetings and use any conference room; however, not all meeting spaces are Zoom Rooms (e.g., the supporting technology is not in the physical space). Contact the Help Desk if you need to book a Zoom Room and don't know which rooms are available.
