QM 1.5 Minimum technology requirements for the course are clearly stated, and information on how to obtain the technologies is provided. (Very Important)

It's essential for a course to outline clearly the hardware, software, and technology applications necessary for students to participate successfully. This information should be communicated early and reiterated throughout the course. If third-party content is used (like publisher websites or online labs), links and access instructions need to be provided.
