Quality Matters Plus (QM+) at Boise State builds on the internationally recognized Quality Matters (QM) Higher Education Rubric with additional standards that are key elements for quality online courses for Boise State students. These pages provide supplemental resources for QM+ Reviews or as reference during the design of an online course.
The Quality Matters + (QM+) Boise State rubric consists of 47 specific review standards categorized under 10 general standards.
