Boise State Reporting and Data

Staff and faculty have access to data reporting. This is managed by Boise State’s BIRS Team.

Access and Search Reports

• Go to Boise State Reporting.

• Select from Budget & Finance, HR/Payroll, Research, Student, and Divisional Reporting. There are also Tool and Help Resources if you have more specific questions about terminology.

• Each reporting category has themed reports that can be filtered, sorted, or searched. The tile for each report also has options for View Details, Launch, Favorite, and Job Aid to support you.

• If you need access to a report, but don’t have access, see the access request process below.

Requesting Access to Reports

If you have a job duty that would benefit from access to one or more of the forms you find when filtering through existing reports, fill out this Add Access to a New or Existing Account form.
