Contact the Helpdesk if you cannot locate Zoom recordings in Panopto. Please note that a student must use the same email address for both Zoom and Panopto for recordings to automatically push from Zoom to Panopto. Many students have For students with both @u.boisestate.edu addresses as well as (student) email address and @boisestate.edu emails(employee) email address, the integration may not work immediately. This can be manually adjusted by an admin. |

If the Zoom meeting was recorded to the Cloud, the student can also share the Zoom cloud recording link directly if desired. Note that Zoom cloud recordings are not permanent and will eventually be auto-deleted.
