This article describes sharing a Qualtrics project with other Boise State users.

Instructions

From the project listing in your Qualtrics account select the project you want to share.

From the Actions column on the right hand side of the screen select "Collaborate"
On the next screen click on "User and Group Address Book"
A new window opens, in the Search box type the Boise State user name of your collaborator.
From the listing of accounts, select the username#boisestate account (Do not select a username@boisestate.edu account)
Click "Add Selected"
Provide the collaborator with the appropriate permissions
Click "Save"
