Instructions
Accessing the Evaluation from Email
Open the email.
Click on the link provided in the email.
If asked to sign in, use your Boise State Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.
Select an Open evaluation or click Start Now to begin.
You can Continue evaluations that are in progress. You cannot edit a Complete evaluation that has already been submitted.
You may have several pages to complete in your evaluation. On each page click Next to access the next page.
You have reached the end of your evaluation when you see a Submit button. Click Submit when you are done and a thank you message should appear.
